i have some problems ,i know about salts which can help me but i dont know medicines in which i could find them together.

That's part of the druggist's (or pharmacist) work.
They know what medication contain which drugs, and know the interactions between them.
For example if you ask him for acetaminophen, he will suggest Tylenol or probably the in-house generic equivalent.
Many drugs come as HCl, acetate etc form. It may not be possible for you to find the drug from these salts. Anyways your question was not very well understoood by me. Please provide more details, someone, if not me, will surely help you.
