What does mussaffa mean?

I found the name "Khashkash Mussaffa" in description of medicine. Does someone can tell me what it is?

Nevertheless KhashKhash means poppy seeds and Mussaffa is a place Abu Dhabi, which is the largest of the seven emirates that compose the United Arab Emirates and was also the largest of the former Trucial States.
